"Freedom" also always means consequences. Freedom isn't just a right but also a responsibility. Freedom doesn't mean "every opinion is treated equally" no matter how much people want it to be true. It just means that you have the right to hold that opinion.

Yes you can "choose" not to get vaccinated. No it is not a violation of your freedom if you can no longer enter stores or restaurants because it is the businesses' freedom not to do business with you in that case.

And it is the government's duty to protect the health of it's citizens, so them making laws of "make sure to minimize infection risks or close up" is them acting on that duty. "Minimizing infection risk" to many stores will then mean "vaccinated only". After all what do you think inspections of restaurants are? Same thing! And it's not a violation of freedom to close restaurants because of mold and vermin infestations!

Again, nobody is wrestling you down and giving you a vaccine against your will, but a reduced quality of life because of your own choice is not necessarily incompatible with the principle of freedom. It's just the consequence of the action you chose to take.
